Borja Baston is off to a phenomenal start at Eibar.
The Spanish forward was named Liga BBVA Player of the Month for October on Thursday after he scored in all three of the club's fixtures last month, bringing his goal tally for the season up to six.
Baston, who joined Eibar on a season-long loan from Atletico Madrid during the summer transfer window, found the back of the net against Las Palmas, Sevilla, and Barcelona in October. His form has helped Eibar (reinstated to La Liga after Elche was relegated because of unpaid debts) enjoy a start to the season that has the club sitting sixth in the table through 10 matchdays.
The award is presented by the editors of La Liga's official website.
