Canseco: Steroid-era bobblehead 'would have me more beefed up'
The Oakland Athletics had bobblehead night in honor of former American League MVP Jose Canseco on Saturday, and in true Canseco fashion, he offered up his thoughts on the final product.
"It looks like the pre-Steroid-era bobblehead. It's got me kind of skinny. Steroid-era would have me more beefed up," Canseco told reporters. "If you weren't doing chemicals back then you weren't in. You were an outcast. You were an anomaly. You weren't part of the game."

The 52-year-old didn't shy away from speaking his mind on a number of current hot topics, including his thoughts on San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick refusing to stand for the national anthem, and how David Ortiz was 'a baby' and that he could play until 42.
"He's a baby. Are you kidding me? I could have played till 42 easily. 40? That's a baby," Canseco said.
