It appears Yasiel Puig's spring is off to a rough start, and it has nothing to do with his batting average.
The Los Angeles home of the Dodgers outfielder was recently broken into, according to TMZ, who reports the 26-year-old Cuban was robbed of $500,000 in jewelry.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ Puig lost three high-end Rolexes and other pieces of expensive jewelry in the heist.
Puig's fascination with sporting high-end jewelry is nothing new, as he's constantly seen in public flashing a lot of bling.
Puig is currently in Arizona at Dodgers' spring camp, where he's hitting .286/.286/.643 with one home run and four hits in 14 at-bats.
