Blue Jays' Dickey hopes to make next start vs. Reds despite groin injury

Tommy Gilligan / USA TODAY Sports

The groin injury suffered by Toronto Blue Jays right-hander R.A. Dickey does not appear to be too serious.

The knuckleballer exited in the seventh inning of Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Baltimore Orioles after throwing 99 pitches.

Dickey, whose next start is scheduled for Friday, fell to 6-5 with the loss but lowered his ERA to 4.08.
