Kansas City Royals manager Ned Yost resisted the urge to alter his lineup after his club suffered its first loss of the postseason Tuesday.
Kansas City managed only four hits in Game 1, going 0-for-3 with runners in scoring position. The Royals, who have yet to face San Francisco Giants starter Jake Peavy this year, hit .298/.313/.468 in two games against the right-hander last season.
