St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Matt Adams is terrifyingly strong.
Following a sixth-inning strikeout on Thursday, the 6-foot-3, 260-pound slugger took out his frustration by slamming his bat on the ground with one hand, breaking it in half.

Adams has understandable pent-up frustration, as he's 5-for-40 with 10 strikeouts over his last 12 games.
