The Boston Red Sox second baseman made an incredible heads-up play Thursday night in Seattle, catching a ball that deflected off teammate Mike Napoli's glove, and then throwing a strike to Joe Kelly who was covering off first on the play.

Pedroia's determination and hustle helped Kelly escape the bases-loaded jam.
