Russell Wilson refuses to give up on his dream of being a two-sport athlete.

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback was a guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Thursday night and told the host he's wanted to play football and baseball professionally since he was a kid.

"If you got traded to the Mariners organization, would you then take a whole different look at it?" Kimmel asked Wilson, who's under contract with the Texas Rangers.

"I would definitely consider it, sure," Wilson said.

Wilson, who recently threw out a $25-million figure when discussing his contract situation, was also asked about his negotiations with the Seahawks.

"You have made enough money for them. I think it's OK for them to pay you. You want to be the highest-paid player in football, correct?" Kimmel asked.

"I just want to paid based off my play," Wilson replied. "It will all work out in the end. We'll figure it out."
