Rockhold on Belfort: 'It's not if he is cheating, it's how much is he cheating'

After a sudden burst of violence in the early moments of his bout with Chris Weidman at UFC 187, Vitor Belfort wilted under the champion's wrestling, falling via TKO less than three minutes into the opening round.

It was the first time Belfort had fought since 2013, when "The Young Dinosaur," fueled by testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), viciously ran through Michael Bisping, Luke Rockhold, and Dan Henderson to earn his shot at middleweight gold.

Rockhold has gone on an absolute tear since losing to Belfort, and likely earned the next crack at Weidman with a two-round dusting of Lyoto Machida at UFC on FOX 15 in April.

"As nice as it would have been to fight Vitor, get my hands on some chicken neck, I wish nothing good for him," Rockhold told reporter Ariel Helwani following the event, according to BloodyElbow.com's Karim Zidan. "He doesn't deserve it. I wanted to see Vitor get beat up. I'm happy he got what he deserved."

Although Belfort isn't allowed to use TRT following the UFC's banishment of the practice in 2014, Rockhold doesn't think the Brazilian legend is still competing on a level playing field.

"I truly believe that. Test results don't come out like that," Rockhold said. "Testosterone doesn't fluctuate for an older man like that. It is not if he's cheating, it's how much is he cheating. To look like that and still be using is pretty sad, man."
