Watching the 73-win Golden State Warriors so thoroughly outclassed on both ends of the court is jarring for those who have followed their historically dominant season, but that's exactly what happened during the first half in Oklahoma City on Sunday.
Here are some of the ludicrous numbers.
- OKC's 72 points are a Thunder postseason record for points in a first half
- 72 points allowed is a season-high for Warriors opponents in the first half.
- The Warriors finished the half shooting 2-of-23 over the final eight-and-a-half minutes.
- Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson all posted plus/minus ratings of -25 or worse.
- Thunder's 22 fast-break points in the first half are more than they've scored in any game so far during the playoffs.
- Thunder went 23-of-25 from the free-throw line. Warriors went 3-of-5.
- Thunder out-rebounded the Warriors 33-19
- No team has ever come back to win a playoff game after digging a 25-point halftime deficit.
