Colangelo: LeBron will make Olympic decision after playoffs

The longer the NBA Finals take to crown a champion, the longer the United States men's Olympic basketball team will have to wait for an answer from LeBron James.
"LeBron wants to wait until the playoffs are over ... see how he felt ... before he makes a final decision," USA Basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo told the Chris Mannix Show on Wednesday.
Stephen Curry, LaMarcus Aldridge, and Kobe Bryant have already stated they will not be taking part in the summer Olympics, though there's still a deep pool of talent that consists of the likes of Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, Carmelo Anthony, Paul George, and Draymond Green to choose from.
James' Cleveland Cavaliers currently trail the Golden State Warriors 2-0 and could see their season come to an end as early as Friday should there be a series sweep. Should the series go the distance, however, Game 7 would be played June 19, eight days before the June 27 date for USA Basketball to announce its roster.
Including Game 3 on Wednesday, James has played 93 games this season and over 3,000 minutes. He's participated in the past three Olympic games, winning bronze in Athens in 2004 and back-to-back gold medals in Beijing (2008) and London (2012).
