With his team down 34 points in the third quarter Wednesday, Dwane Casey clearly had enough during Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals.
Instead of voicing his displeasure with the officials, the Toronto Raptors head coach displaced his anger onto a fan, getting into a heated argument with a Cleveland Cavaliers supporter sitting courtside.
