The Golden State Warriors took a 52-43 lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers into halftime of Game 1 of the NBA Finals despite a miserable performance from the Splash Brothers.
Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 10 points on 4-of-13 shooting in the first half - their lowest production in a first half this season.
Curry hit 2-of-5 from long range, while Thompson failed to convert on both of his attempts. Thompson, who also went scoreless in the first quarter for the first time this season, missed his lone free throw attempt.
The Warriors still managed to shoot 52 percent despite the struggles of their All-Star backcourt and received 13 points from Leandro Barbosa and Shaun Livingston.
