Lin really impressed the Nets are serving players lobster

Jeremy Lin has played for a lot of teams, but none of them have been as good to him as his new club.

The 6-foot-3 guard, who signed with the Brooklyn Nets this summer, is over the moon about how well the organization takes care of its players, in every regard.

"You could just even start with just food, like nutrition and the quality of food," he said. "I mean, the other day, we had lobster. Like, who eats lobster? I have never seen, smelled, or heard of lobster anything in the facility. But there was lobster.

"That's just the beginning of everything. I'm not going to get into everything that they're doing for us, but, I can only just say that they really, really care by far, by far the most for their athletes."

Lin has a decent sample size of teams to compare to the Nets, who represent his sixth team in seven years. After going undrafted out of Harvard, he played for the Warriors, Knicks, Rockets, Lakers, and Hornets.

The 28-year-old has career averages of 11.7 points, 4.4 assists, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.2 steals while shooting 43.2 percent from the field and 34.6 from 3-point territory.

Lin intends to take on a "much bigger role" with the Nets, who finished with just 21 wins last season and have since added a dozen new players.

Perhaps the lobster will inspire the team to claw back to relevance in the East.
