Record money was handed out in free agency this summer, but the spending wasn't exclusive to FAs.
In total, eight players from the 2013 draft class were handed rookie-scale extensions this offseason - C.J. McCollum, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Dennis Schroder, Steven Adams, Victor Oladipo, Rudy Gobert, Gorgui Dieng, and Cody Zeller.
Those who failed to work out extensions prior to Monday's deadline will become restricted free agents on July 1, assuming their respective teams choose to tender them a qualifying offer.
