Jazz's Hood helped off court after suffering hyperextended knee
The poor Utah Jazz had just finally got all their starters healthy, but they may have lost another to injury Saturday night.
Shooting guard Rodney Hood suffered what Jazz coach Quin Snyder later announced was a hyperextended right knee, after stepping on Jodie Meeks' foot and twisting the knee awkwardly on a fourth-quarter fast break.

Hood stayed on the ground howling in pain, and eventually had to be helped off the court, unable to put any weight on his right leg.
Given how bad the injury looked, and how much pain Hood appeared to be in, the diagnosis likely comes as a relief to the Jazz.
"Hopefully it's not serious," Snyder told reporters after the game, according to Jody Genessy of the Deseret News.

Hood has been one of the healthier players for the snakebit Jazz, and was coming off his best game of the season - a 27-point outing in which he shot 7-of-8 from 3-point range in a win over the Pistons on Friday.
