Report: Thompson to defend 3-point title, Curry considering competing
Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports
It appears at least half of the Splash Brothers will be competing at the All-Star weekend Three-Point Contest. Klay Thompson plans to defend his title from last year, reports ESPN's Chris Haynes, who adds that Stephen Curry is also thinking about joining the competition.
The Golden State Warriors teammates have won the last two editions of the Three-Point Contest - Thompson last year in Toronto, and Curry the year before that in New York.
So far, C.J. McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers and Wesley Matthews of the Dallas Mavericks have said they will compete in New Orleans. The contest features eight participants.
