Is basketball the secret to Bill Belichick's happiness?
Probably not, but the often-scowling New England Patriots coach made a courtside appearance Wednesday night when the Boston Celtics took on LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Belichick seemed pretty happy to be there.
Being on the jumbotron made him happy.
His girlfriend being amused by something made him happy.
The Harlem Globetrotters made him happy.
Even just having his name and job title spelled correctly made him happy.
Eventually, Belichick got back to his serious self - perhaps because he was evaluating James' potential as a tight end.
He even got an up-close, personal look at the potential pass catcher.
