Watch: Romo suits up for shootaround with Mavs
Let the spectacle begin.
First up on the slate for Tony Romo as an honorary "Maverick for a Day" was a shootaround with his new teammates.
The recently retired quarterback, who will be in uniform and on the bench for Dallas' home finale against the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night, headed out for the morning practice session with his son by his side.

Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle confirmed Monday that, aside from actually getting minutes against the Nuggets, the Dallas legend would be getting the entire game-day experience.
Along with the morning shootaround and sitting on the bench during the matchup with Denver, that includes taking part in team meetings and pre-game drills.
Romo will also be honored with a speech from Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki.
