Cavs-Raptors series to begin Monday; view series schedule

With their Game 6, series-clinching victory in Milwaukee on Thursday, the Toronto Raptors have set up a rematch of last year's Eastern Conference final with the Cleveland Cavaliers - only a round earlier this time around.
The third-seeded Raptors and second-seeded Cavs - who both finished the season 51-31 - will tip off their East semifinal on Monday night in Cleveland.
