Despite not being selected in the inaugural draft for Ice Cube's BIG3 league, Smush Parker remains as confident as ever.
The former Los Angeles Lakers point guard told ESPN's Arash Markazi after the draft that he believes he could play in the NBA today.

"Funny story, I tried to join the Brooklyn Nets this season, but they're in a rebuilding phase," Parker said. "Looking to let their young guys go out there, learn, make mistakes, and grow. So they weren't interested in a guy like me, but I can still play at that level."
Last fall, Parker paid $125 to attend an open tryout for the Nets' D-League affiliate, the Long Island Nets.
