Butler joined the Oklahoma City Thunder in late-February after being bought out by the Milwaukee Bucks.
The 35-year-old saw his minutes and production limited in Milwaukee and had no problem expressing his disdain during his short time with the Bucks. A sore right knee didn't help, as he missed 12 straight games in December. He finished his time in Wisconsin averaging 11 points - on 38.7 percent shooting - and 4.6 rebounds in 34 games.
A better environment in Oklahoma City yielded better results, as Butler averaged fewer points (9.7) but was most efficient. In 22 games he shot 40.9 percent from the field and 44.1 percent from three, the highest mark of his career.
