The Miami Heat could be losing more than just one of the "Big Three" this summer.
According a report from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, unrestricted free-agent forward Chris Bosh will sign with the Houston Rockets if LeBron James chooses to sign with a destination other than the Miami Heat.
Bosh would prefer to play with James in Miami, but that may not be an option. By going to Houston, Bosh could conceivably land a larger deal, while playing with a better group of players. The Rockets already boast a pair of All-NBA players in center Dwight Howard and guard James Harden.
In Houston, Bosh's defensive load would be lightened with Howard guarding the paint. He also would be spared from having to play center, a role he was pigeon-holed into with the Heat's propensity to play small-ball lineups.
Offensively, Bosh's ability to space the floor would theoretically open up space in the paint for Howard to operate. Bosh is also excellent in the pick-and-pop, which should pair well with Harden's perimeter game.
