Nuggets' Gallinari still feeling knee discomfort, but will play Wednesday
Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY Sports
After resting his surgically repaired knee for the last three games, Danillo Gallinari will return to the Denver Nuggets' lineup against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday.
Gallinari said Tuesday, however, that he will be playing through discomfort in his return.
That has to be at least a little concerning for the Nuggets, considering all the complications the Italian forward ran into in his comeback from the torn left ACL he suffered at the end of the 2012-13 season.
Gallinari has looked rusty to start the season, averaging 6.7 points on 32.8 percent shooting in 17.8 minutes per game, although he had shown flashes of rounding into form
