VIDEO: Kosta Koufos - yes, Kosta Koufos - posters C.J. McCollum

The playoffs are a time for oddities.

Weird things happen in seven-game series, like Nick Calathes getting extended run for the purposes of defending Damian Lillard and then torching Steve Blake at the other end.

Or Kosta Koufos, he of the 7 feet, 265 pounds and 19 dunks all season, absolutely posterizing C.J. McCollum.

The latter happened in the second quarter of Game 3 between the Memphis Grizzlies and Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday, with a Calathes-Koufos pick-and-roll and a nice pocket pass from bald man to bald man giving Koufos an almost-clear path to the rim. The result was ugly for the Blazer out of Lehigh:

Credit poor McCollum for helping from the weak corner and at least trying to disrupt Koufos but, well, damn. Posters don't come much bigger than that, and they don't come much stranger than "Koufos on McCollum, from Calathes."
