VIDEO: Anthony Davis working on 3-point shot
New Orleans Pelicans superstar Anthony Davis signed a five-year extension worth a reported $145 million this week, but that's not stopping him from trying to improve.
The latest addition to Davis's game is apparently the 3-point shot. He posted a video to his Facebook page in which he coolly drains a smattering of jumpers from all along the arc.
Davis is proving, once again, that there is no limit to his abilities. He's one of the league's best defenders and a terror in the paint. Now, if Davis can also stretch the floor with a 3-point shot, there will be absolutely no way to defend him.
The 22-year-old averaged 24.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.5 steals, and a league-best 2.9 blocks per game last season on a true shooting percentage of 59.1.
Davis led the league in PER and helped the Pelicans to the playoffs, where he bumped his averages up to 31.5 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks per game against the eventual-champion Warriors.
