Mikhail Prokhorov announced last week he was joining his Brooklyn Nets at training camp at Duke University.
The eclectic Russian billionaire jokingly referred to the visit as a "field trip," but it wasn't all fun and games for the players, as Prokhorov actually served as a drill sergeant of sorts.
To wit, the 50-year-old Prokhorov demonstrated (with ease) a tough core exercise involving two training balls.
Markel Brown and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, meanwhile, struggled mightily with Prokhorov's challenge.
Prokhorov added to the humiliation by bringing out a series of trickier exercises. For example, Prokhorov did push-ups while balancing a stick on a ball.
Another, where he dribbled with both hands while balancing on a ball.
