Sixers' Thompson exits against Kings
Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports
Philadelphia 76ers shooting guard Hollis Thompson left Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings with a corneal abrasion to his right eye and will not return.
It's a tough blow to the patchwork Sixers, as Thompson averages 8.5 points per game off the bench. He had 12 before exiting Wednesday.
The Georgetown product is a 39.7 percent 3-point shooter in three NBA seasons.
