San Antonio Spurs star Kawhi Leonard left Wednesday's 112-88 victory over the Miami Heat with a right quad contusion and did not return.
Leonard exited in the fourth quarter, appearing to limp slightly while leaving the floor. The Spurs also had a substantial lead at the time, with Leonard tying his career-high with 32 points in 24 minutes.
Pop said he's not sure if Kawhi will miss any games, but said it would have been silly for him to put him back in after sustaining the blow

The reigning NBA Defensive Player of the Year missed three games in February due to tightness in his left calf. Leonard ranks second in the NBA in 3-point percentage and first in defensive win shares.
