Report: Colorado State transfer Octeus commits to Purdue

Colorado State transfer Jon Octeus, who had previously committed to UCLA but was denied admission to its graduate school, has now committed to Purdue, according to CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein.
Octeus is expected to compete for the Boilermakers' starting point guard spot.
The 6-4 guard averaged 13.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists for Colorado State last season.
Octeus has one season of NCAA eligibility remaining.
