Here are the outfielder value highlights for Friday, April 8:

Value Rankings
C | 1B/DH | 2B | SS | 3B | OF | SP

Top Options

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
George Springer (HOU) at MIL 10
Nelson Cruz (SEA) vs. OAK 10
Yasiel Puig (LAD) at SF 9
David Peralta (ARI) vs. CHC 9
Andrew McCutchen (PIT) at CIN 8
Gregory Polanco (PIT) at CIN 8
Jason Heyward (CHC) at ARI 8
Stephen Piscotty (STL) at ATL 8
Denard Span (SF) vs. LAD 8

Springer is a .291 hitter on the road, and Miller Park is the type of hitter's haven that will make the Astros' slugger salivate. While he hasn't played in Milwaukee before, he has hit at least .360 in his career at comparable extreme hitter's parks in Colorado, Arizona and Toronto.

Puig has hit .364 against Matt Cain for his career, and has a .388 on-base percentage at AT&T park. Don't expect tournament-level power, but cash-game returns are likely.

Mid-Tier Targets

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
Mike Trout (LAA) vs. TEX 7
Ryan Braun (MIL) vs.HOU 7
Carlos Gomez (HOU) at MIL 7
Shin-soo Choo (TEX) at LAA 7
Dexter Fowler (CHC) at ARI 7
Lorenzo Cain (KC) vs. MIN 6
Starling Marte (PIT) at CIN 6
Steven Souza Jr. (TB) at BAL 6
Hunter Pence (SF) vs. LAD 5
Chris Davis (BAL) vs. TB 5
Mookie Betts (BOS) at TOR 5
Jose Bautista (TOR) vs. BOS 5
Joc Pederson (LAD) at SF 4
Hanley Ramirez (BOS) at TOR 4

Trout has three hits in 15 ABs against Rangers SP A.J. Griffin for his career, but two of those hits left the yard. The only thing suppressing his value is his high salary.

In Marte's favor: he has hit .346 with just 4 strikeouts in 26 career ABs against Cincinnati's Alfredo Simon. Ironically, he's also slashed just .200/.244/.358 at Great American Ballpark. Split the difference and expect mid-level cash-game returns.

Nothing to See Here

NAME OPPONENT VALUE
Jay Bruce (CIN) vs. PIT 3
Billy Hamilton (CIN) vs. PIT 3
Adam Jones (BAL) vs. TB 2
Joey Rickard (BAL) vs. TB 2

Rickard hit his first big-league home run on Thursday but DFSers that rush to roster the rookie will be disappointed. He hit all of two HRs at Double-A in 2015, and he's not likely to match last season's total with Rays ace Chris Archer on the mound.
