Report: Detroit finalizing deal with Michigan's Bacari Alexander
Tim Fuller / US PRESSWIRE
Michigan assistant Bacari Alexander appears poised to become the Detroit's new head coach.
The Titans are finalizing a deal with the 39-year-old that will bring him back to his old stomping grounds where he served as an assistant from 2001-2007, ESPN's Jeff Goodman reports.
Alexander, a Detroit native, has been on Michigan's coaching staff since 2010. The Titans are looking to replace Ray McCallum, whom they fired following a 16-15 season.
