St. Louis Blues forward Dmitrij Jaskin is making head coach Ken Hitchcock look like a very smart man.
The 23-year-old was inserted into the lineup on Saturday and scored the go-ahead goal against the Dallas Stars in the second period of Game 5.
Saturday marks Jaskin's first taste of the 2016 playoffs. He has not played since April 7, but if he keeps performing, one could expect to see a lot more of him going forward.
