Here are the five funniest moments from the show's history:
5. Kenny Smith's jersey is finally retired
As Kenny Smith was the only member of the crew who had yet to have his jersey retired, Ernie Johnson took it upon himself to honor Smith on air.
Unfortunately for the former point guard, the ceremony was far from glamorous: "Smith 30" was taped over an old Tracy McGrady jersey hanging on a clothesline.
4. Charles Barkley gets Shaq with classic one-liner
Not known for his clever insults, Barkley hit Shaquille O'Neal with a one-liner for the ages during the 2013 Eastern Conference finals, ripping the former movie star for his 1996 box-office bomb.
3. Barkley kisses a donkey
After proclaiming on air that he would "kiss Kenny's ass" if Yao Ming ever scored more than 19 points in a game, Barkley paid dearly for the bet shortly after, smooching the behind of a donkey that Smith brought onto the set.
2. Shaq takes a big tumble
The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
"The Big Aristotle" ironically found himself on "Shaqtin' a Fool" in the 2015 postseason after tripping hard over a television cord.
1. Teleprompter punks Barkley
Even the teleprompter found a way of making Charles Barkley look foolish.
Barkley received the "Anchorman" treatment in 2008, letting the world know that he's not the brightest bulb in the box.
