Leicester bust Kramaric makes permanent move to Hoffenheim
Leicester City announced Wednesday the club has sold Andrej Kramaric to 1899 Hoffenheim on a permanent transfer, after the Croatian forward spent part of the 2015-16 season on loan with the German outfit.
The 24-year-old joined the Foxes for a club-record £9-million transfer fee in January of 2015, but failed to establish himself in Leicester's lineup and was sent on loan to Hoffenheim, where he made 15 appearances, scoring five goals.
Kramaric made just two league appearances for Leicester en route to the Foxes' historic Premier League victory, three appearances short of earning a winners' medal. In total, Kramaric made 20 appearances and scored four goals in all competitions.
"The club would like to wish Andrej every success in his future career and he departs with the best wishes of everyone at Leicester City," the team wrote on its official website.
