Thompson on record 11 3s: 'I should have had at least 13'
Klay Thompson broke an NBA playoff record shared by four players that stood for almost 20 years Saturday, but he feels he could have hit more than 11 3-pointers in Game 6 against the Thunder.
"I should have had at least 13 because I missed some wide-open looks early," Thompson said after the 108-101 season-saving Warriors win, according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon. Thompson finished with 41 points on 14-of-30 shooting, including 11-of-18 beyond the arc.

"I had no idea what the record was," he added. "I didn't even know I had 11 threes. I was just trying to be aggressive, whether that was getting to the rim or getting a good shot from beyond the perimeter.
"Feels good to own a record, but it will feel much better if we close them out on Monday."
