Arsenal's Bellerin called into Spain squad for Euro 2016
Dani Carvajal's loss is Hector Bellerin's gain.
The speedy Arsenal right-back has been called into Spain's squad for Euro 2016, with the defending European champion opting for the 21-year-old following an injury sustained by Carvajal in the Champions League final.
Manager Vicente del Bosque named just 19 of his final 23-man roster on Tuesday morning. However, the Spanish football federation announced that the final four members of the team would be revealed later in the day.
Sergio Ramos, Isco, Lucas Vazquez, Koke, Juanfran, and Saul Niguez - members of Atletico and Real Madrid who each took part in Saturday's final - are vying for the final roster spots, with two of them bound to be cut.

"I am available for whenever the coach needs me," Bellerin said Sunday, after he made his senior team debut in a friendly against Bosnia and Herzegovina. "I am delighted with the experience. I had holidays planned with my family, but I am happy to have cancelled them due to this call from the national team."
The mood was far less joyous for Carvajal, who suffered a hip injury in Real Madrid's Champions League triumph, walking off the pitch in tears.
"I feel pretty angry all over," he said. "You fight for two years to get into the squad, and I feel disappointed for myself with the bad luck I have had. I was out of the last squad, then worked very hard to get into the preliminary squad, and now look ... I am injured and I can only wish good luck to the rest of the them."
