Report: Sakho sparks exit talk with West Ham tour snub

If submitting a transfer request was not indication enough that Diafra Sakho wanted out of West Ham, his reported refusal to travel for the Hammers preseason tour of the United States should.

Linked with a move away from West Ham, Sakho's actions have sparked interest from two Premier League clubs as well as Sevilla and Hamburg, according to a report from Sky Sports.

The writing has been on the wall at the east London outfit for some time, and Sakho's tour snub is the latest of several incidents signaling an inevitable exit. With reports suggesting that Sakho would prefer a reunion with Sam Allardyce at Sunderland over a third campaign with the Irons.

Allardyce bossed Sakho at West Ham in 2014 after signing the player from Metz.

An £11-million bid from the Black Cats for Sakho was rejected last month.

In April, Sakho was kept off Slaven Bilic's team sheet for a match with Arsenal, and the 26-year-old Senegalese striker refused to show up to the tilt, and was present the following day at Upton Park, further fueling talk that he was unhappy at West Ham.

Reports have surfaced that West Ham has targeted both AC Milan Colombian international Carlos Bacca and Lyon's Alexandre Lacazette as potential transfers for the club's move to the Olympic Stadium for the 2016-17 Premier League season.
