Marlos Moreno is setting sail for the United Kingdom.
On Saturday, Manchester City signed Moreno from Atletico Nacional for a fee that, according to the Press Association, is valued at £4.75 million, and sent the Colombian talent to Deportivo La Coruna on a season-long loan.

At only 19 years of age, Moreno is already widely regarded as South America's most promising youngster. The teenager is mature beyond his years. He can operate on the left flank as well as in a central role, can rocket blistering shots with frightening precision, can beat his man on either side, and can take out an entire defence with one well-placed pass.
Moreno is also known for performing in big matches, evidenced by Nacional's conquest of the Copa Libertadores this year, in which the adolescent was at the heart of the Colombian club's triumph, and tallied four assists throughout the tournament.

But what is most impressive about Moreno is his instinct to play collectively rather than individually, a rare characteristic when it comes to South American youngsters. He knows how to pick the right pass, play one-twos, and function within a system.
If City did indeed pay only £4.75 million for Moreno, the Citizens may very well have struck one of the best bargains in their history.
Of course, Moreno is in the honeymoon phase that many of South America's younger players enjoy before European football stalls their career.
That being said, if anyone looks capable of succeeding in Europe, it's Moreno.
