Tony Pulis has spent an unprecedented amount of money at West Bromwich Albion for Tottenham Hotspur's Nacer Chadli.
The Guardian's Stuart James reported earlier on Monday that the Baggies were due to part with around £13 million for the winger, surpassing the previous club-record £12 million paid for Jose Salomon Rondon last summer.
"I feel very good to be here," said Chadli. "It came very quickly but I spoke to the club and they have a good team, a good manager and I am very pleased to be here.
"My ambitions? I just want to help the team win as many games as possible."
The 27-year-old Belgian's arrival could mark a busy few days before the transfer window slams shut on Aug. 31, as manager Pulis strives to strengthen his squad with the money made available by the recent takeover from a Chinese consortium.
Chadli's pace and vision provides a valuable outlet for West Brom, and he follows Matt Phillips and Brendan Galloway to The Hawthorns after their respective permanent and loan deals.
Despite the need to recruit, Saido Berahino may still leave the Baggies before business is closed, meaning a striker hunt could be resurrected after the reported failed attempt to bring West Ham United's Diafra Sakho to the club earlier this summer.

The Baggies next take the pitch at Bournemouth's Dean Court on Sept. 10.
