Juan Cuadrado is back in Italy - most likely for good.
Juventus re-signed the Chelsea winger on a three-year loan Wednesday, after agreeing with the west London side on a deal that could rise to €29 million.

A statement from the club's website read:
Juventus Football Club can today confirm that an agreement has been reached with Chelsea for the loan of Juan Guillermo Cuadrado Bello until 30 June 2019, for an annual consideration of €5 million.
Juventus has the right to acquire the player on a permanent basis, or will be obliged to upon the achievement of agreed team results during the loan period, for a fee of €25 million, payable in three financial years, minus the loan fees already paid.
Should Juventus achieve certain sporting results during the player’s contract of employment, the club will owe Chelsea an additional €4 million in contingent payments.
Cuadrado spent the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Juventus, famously scoring a late winner in last October's derby against Torino to kick-start the Old Lady's title push.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte said last month that he wanted to keep Cuadrado at Stamford Bridge - a player he also admitted to wanting as Juventus boss.
Although Cuadrado still trained with Chelsea, his agent tried to convince the Blues to move him. There were no guarantees the Colombia international would earn regular minutes under Conte, and he didn't feature in any of the club's first three Premier League matches this season.
