Sweden's star goalie Henrik Lundqvist is not dressing for Sunday's World Cup opener against Russia due to sickness.
Jacob Markstrom got the start, while Jhonas Enroth is serving as the backup.
Markstrom appeared in six games for Sweden at the 2016 World Championship, recording a save percentage of .896.
Sweden boasts one of the best defensive corps in the tournament, but a loss to Russia would certainly spell trouble with regards to advancing to the semifinal round.
