Watch: 76ers honor Iverson during halftime on Hall of Fame night
Allen Iverson's relationship with the City of Brotherly Love is truly special, and he made sure to remind fans and supporters of the Philadelphia 76ers of that fact during halftime of Friday's Sixers-Los Angeles Lakers game.
In what was billed as Iverson Hall of Fame Night at the Wells Fargo Center, the Answer was presented with his HOF jacket by fellow Sixers legend Julius Erving before addressing the live crowd.

"There has never been a relationship between a athlete and his fans like this ever. Honestly, it's till death do us part," Iverson said.
"Ya'll stuck with me through my ups, my downs. Ya'll always been the biggest support system, and it still exists today."
Iverson played 12 of his 14 seasons in the Association with the Sixers organization. He was named league Most Valuable Player in 2001, took home Rookie of the Year honors in 1997, while earning a majority of his 11 All-Star nods.
