Cousins mocks officials after phantom foul: 'I applaud them'
DeMarcus Cousins went the sarcasm route Saturday.
After the Sacramento Kings superstar was hit with a phantom touch foul on Dwyane Wade late in what was eventually a 102-99 win for the Chicago Bulls, Cousins gave the officials their due in his postgame media session.
First, here's the foul:

"I think they made the absolute right call," Cousins said, according to ESPN's Nick Friedell. "Incredible job by the referee crew tonight. I don't have a complaint in the world. I think they should get more recognition on how well they ref these games.
"I don't think they get the credit they deserve," Cousins added. "Kudos to them and I applaud them."
He then began to clap at his locker, taking his own comments to heart.
Wade admitted the call on Cousins was “questionable” but said he hasn’t been getting calls all year so he isn’t gonna complain

Cousins was yelling at the referees once the game ended, and then took his frustrations out on a garbage can.
