Mourinho says Pogba will miss France duty with hamstring issue
Paul Pogba headed straight down the tunnel after being substituted 48 minutes into Manchester United's Europa League visit from FC Rostov with a hamstring injury, and his manager says the midfielder will miss Sunday's trip to Middlesbrough and France duty.
"It is a hamstring," Jose Mourinho confirmed to BBC Sport's Simon Stone post-match. "I don't know for sure but no Middlesbrough and national team."
Pogba was set to link up with Didier Deschamp's squad for an upcoming World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg and friendly with Spain, but Mourinho's early diagnosis indicates he won't return to action until United's visit from West Bromwich Albion on April 1.
The midfielder was replaced by Marouane Fellaini with Thursday's last-16 tie goalless. United held an advantage from the first leg after claiming an away goal in last week's 1-1 draw in western Russia, and eventually won the second clash with a Juan Mata effort.

Pogba switched from Juventus last summer for a fee which could exceed €105 million and has been severely scrutinized due to his world-record transfer and confusion over his role at Old Trafford. Perhaps most adept in a three-man midfield, the 24-year-old has instead been shifted around Jose Mourinho's preferred 4-2-3-1 setup or placed ahead of a back three in both meetings against Rostov.

Pogba had made more touches than anyone else on the pitch (77) before his withdrawal, and also banged four shots and completed four dribbles.
