Philadelphia Flyers netminder Michal Neuvirth collapsed on the ice Saturday versus the New Jersey Devils and left the game on a stretcher.
The incident occurred early in the first period, drawing an immediate response from the Flyers' bench and team medical staff:
Anthony Stolarz entered in the place of Neuvirth, who was conscious when he left the game. The Flyers announced Neuvirth has been taken to hospital for observation, while the team will provide more Sunday.
