Lesnar defeats Goldberg, becomes new Universal Champion at WrestleMania
"The Beast Incarnate" exorcised his demons in emphatic fashion on Sunday night at WrestleMania 33, decimating a man who had caused him a great deal of mental anguish over the past several months.
Brock Lesnar took Bill Goldberg to "Suplex City" at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, driving him into the mat with 10 German suplexes, followed by an almighty F-5, to become the new Universal Champion.

He wasn't always in the driver's seat, as Lesnar could have easily fallen prey to Goldberg during the early stages of the match. The former UFC Heavyweight Champion ate multiple spears, including one through the ringside barricade.

Goldberg attempted to give Lesnar a powerful Jackhammer finisher, but Lesnar reversed it into an F-5 attempt. Goldberg then countered Lesnar's counter with yet another spear, followed by a Jackhammer, which Lesnar kicked out of at the very last second.
Goldberg charged at Lesnar for one more spear, which Lesnar leaped over, sending his opponent into the turnbuckle.

It was back at "Survivor Series" north of the border last November when Goldberg embarrassed Lesnar in his return match, picking up the victory in one minute and 26 seconds.
This bout lasted just under five minutes.
