Phoenix Suns wing Josh Jackson was charged with felony escape with a misdemeanor for resisting arrest at the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami Gardens, Fla., this weekend, according to police records cited by Arizona Sports 98.7 FM.

Jackson posted a $1,000 bond Saturday. His arraignment hearing is slated for June 10.

Police officers handcuffed the 22-year-old after he repeatedly attempted to enter a VIP area at the festival without the appropriate credentials, a source told 640 The Hurricane's Andy Slater. Jackson then attempted to flee, resulting in the aforementioned charges.

Selected No. 4 overall out of Kansas in 2017, Jackson has career averages of 12.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and one steal in 25.3 minutes per game.

The Suns have yet to release a statement on the matter.
