Report: Ducks D Souray to have season-ending wrist surgery Friday
It appears one surgery was not enough to fix Ducks defenseman Sheldon Souray's wrist injury.
Tough news: Ducks d-man Sheldon Souray will have season-ending wrist surgery Friday. Hasn't played this year.

The Ducks had hoped to have the veteran defenseman back in the lineup by now after a procedure in September, but complications delayed his recovery to the point where a second surgery is the best option.
Issue is Souray continues to have pain and discomfort in wrist that he tore ligaments in during off-season workout this past July.

Souray will turn 38 in July and is likely nearing the end of a productive NHL career that has seen 300 points and 1145 penalty minutes in 758 career games.
