Sabres sign goaltender Linus Ullmark to entry-level deal

The Buffalo Sabres bolstered their starving platoon of goaltenders Tuesday, inking Linus Ullmark to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Ullmark recorded a 2.08 GAA and .931 Sv.% in 35 games with Modo of the Swedish Hockey League last season, winning the Honken Trophy as the flight's top goaltender.
Originally a sixth-round pick of the Sabres in 2012, Ullmark has plenty of proving to do in North America but is joining a goaltending corps without a clear-cut number one following the mid-season departure of Ryan Miller.
